| This M45 image is a composite of 26 120-second images at ISO 800 shot with a Canon 60Da and Canon 85mm f/1.8 lens at f/2.8. For more detail in the Pleiades, I made a composite with an image shot with a fully modded (no filter) Canon 450D through a Canon 70-200 mm lens at f/2.8 and 160 mm - ISO 800; 20 - 120-second exposures. I used an AstroTrac mount to track for the 60Da data and the Losmandy Star Lapse mount for the 450D data. |
